The Erdemir Research Group, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güler Yağız Erdemir, focuses on the design and synthesis of novel organic compounds. Our research interests span Organic Chemistry, Chemistry of Dyes and Pigments, and Heterocyclic Compounds. We are particularly dedicated to developing smart molecular sensors, AIE-active materials, and optoelectronic components using cyanostilbene, TAPP, and diketopyrrolopyrrole scaffolds.
